How can I receive such personalization over the Internet?
By filling out your preferences on the order form I can create a wrapper designed specifically for your event. Also, by utilizing the additional comments/instructions box you can give me more information that will help me create a unique wrapper. For example: What kind of person is the event for? Fun? Serious? A practical joker? What type of event is yours? Formal? Casual? Business casual? Any information that you give will offer me a context in which to create a wrapper that best fits your event. The more information given promises to produce a more personalized product!

Upon design completion I will email you a scan of the wrapper design. You then get the chance to see the completed wrapper and provide any feedback. I will make any adjustments necessary. Once satisfied with the design, you may order wrappers and/or candy in any increment.

How do I begin the process of ordering personalized candy wrappers?
Simply fill out the order form indicating which item you are ordering (if ordering more than one type of item, please fill out a separate order form for each item being ordered) and any information that you will think helpful to create your custom designed wrapper. When you submit the order form you are agreeing to purchase personalized wrappers and/or candy. I will create your custom designed wrapper based on your preferences indicated on the order form and will email you a scan of the wrapper design. At that point, you may offer feedback for changes or proceed with the order. Once the design is approved, I will confirm a final count and delivery options and will provide a total. When payment is received I will process your order.

I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the choices. Can I just tell you what I’m looking to use the personalized wrappers for and have you do the design?
Absolutely. Just fill out as much of the “Order Customization” part of the order form that you want. (The other information on the order form I will need as it is very important in getting your order filled correctly.) In the comments box just give me any information that you would like me to keep in mind as I create the design. Also, be sure to fill out “Event Details and Wrapper Text” which will give me the basic information of what message you want conveyed on your personalized wrapper. I will do my best to match your personalized wrappers with the tone of your event.

You can be involved as much or as little in the design creation as you would like to be. These personalized wrappers are completely custom designed to your event or purpose. Adjustments can be made to my design and you will always have final approval of the design before placing your order.

What makes That’s a Wrap Creations wrappers different from others offering personalized wrappers?
The first thing that sets us apart from others is that our wrappers are completely custom designed for each event! Wrapper design is only limited by your imagination! The wrappers themselves are printed on soft gloss, photo paper with water resistant ink. This combination is what gives the wrappers a professional look for those events which require more of a polished product!  There are also no minimum order requirements with That’s a Wrap Creations.  Not having to order more than you need  saves you money.

Do you offer other customized wrappers/labels for other items that are not listed under “Items”?
If you are looking for personalized wrappers for other items please CONTACT US with the details and we will let you know. A one time set up fee of $25 will be charged if we are able to accommodate your needs.

I noticed other candy wrapper companies charge a set up fee to custom design wrappers and to scan photos. Why don’t you charge for these services?
You will notice that our prices are competitive with what other companies charge to use their preexisting templates and designs. For around the same price we can custom design a wrapper specifically for your special event. We want to give everyone the opportunity to celebrate life events or to promote one’s business by not having these additional charges. That’s a Wrap Creations offers a quality product for a reasonable price so that all can afford to enjoy these personalized treats!

I think custom designed candy wrappers would be a great wedding party favor. Do you offer gift certificates so that my friend can choose her own personalization?
Yes, Our gift certificates are in the form of a giant size candy bar! The wrapper notates the dollar amount and gives general instructions on back. To request a gift certificate please note that in the “Additional Comment” section of the order form. Any denomination can be purchased for a gift certificate.

How can I pay for my order?
Credit cards and bank drafts are accepted through PayPal.  I will send you an invoice via your email address once the design is approved. Paypal will walk you through setting up an account (which is secure, free, and is a popular choice for many other online vendors) and making your payment.
Cash and Money orders are also acceptable forms of payment.

How are shipping charges determined?
All shipments are made via USPS. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the order. Most wrapper-only orders can be shipped for under $5.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the number of items ordered and your zip code.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes. If you live in the Chicagoland area, please notate that option on the order form and we can make arrangements for you to pick up your personalized wrappers. There is free delivery of orders within ten miles of Palatine, IL. Again, confirmation of arrangements will be made prior to the processing of the order.

I just received my wrappers, how do I assemble them?
I will include a page of instructions with the wrappers for you to follow.  All you need is a glue stick, the candy

What if I need my order fast?
Orders needed within 5 business days require the rush order charge, $20, in addition to the Fedex 1 or 2 day Shipping Charges. Your order will become my priority and your order will ship asap.
